Retained Basis
✣ A down payment is required as an upfront fee
✣ Remainder payable when signing a contract with a candidate we introduce
✣ The fee will be HK$40,000 or the candidate's first month salary, whichever is higher
Down Payment / Minimum Charge
✣ A down payment of HK$20,000 per mandate before searches start
✣ The down payment will be the minimum charge of our recruitment service
✣ The down payment will be used to offset payments due
✣ If the Client's total fee does not exceed the minimum charge, the down payment will not be returned under any circumstances
