Contingency basis

  • Charge after you sign a contract with a candidate we introduce
  • The fee will be HK$40,000 or the candidate's first month salary, whichever is higher
  • A down payment is required

Interview basis

  • HK$2,000 for the 1st candidate's interview arranged
  • HK$4000 per interview for any subsequent interviews, including but not limited to the first candidate
  • The fee will be payable once the interview is successfully conducted whether or not the candidate is hired
  • A down payment is required

Down Payment / Minimum Charge

✣  A down payment of HK$20,000 per mandate before searches start

✣  The down payment will be the minimum charge of our recruitment service

✣  The down payment will be used to offset payments due

✣  If the Client's total fee does not exceed the minimum charge, the down payment will not be returned under any circumstances

Survival Basis

  • $4000 after signing a contract with a candidate we introduce
  • Keep the candidate when they can bring you fruitful contribution
  • A fixed fee is charged for every 3 months the candidate survives the job for a period 2 years
  • End the employment if you are unsatisfied with the performance and there will be no further charges
