● Maintain daily operation
● Ensure compliance with the relevant laws and regulations

✔️Company Requirements (公司要求):
● Current (/recent 6 months) Type 1, 4, 9 RO license holders
● 3 years or above of RO experience, with operation and settlement work experience
● Bond and fixed income distribution network is a must-have (including banks, institutional investors, brokerages, etc)
● Experience in fixed income and bond issuance or other related DCM roles is strongly preferred
● Good communication skills. Good knowledge of Mainland Chinese culture
● The ability to market bonds to investors and other sub runners is a plus
● Fluent written & spoken Chinese and English, especially Mandarin
● Degree holder or higher education qualification
● Report to the CEO
● Only accept candidates with at most 3 months notice period
