● Oversee the dealing operation and settlement related to the fund

💻Job Duties (工作內容):
● Act as Responsible Officer of the fund platform to supervise SFC Type 1 regulated activities of the firm
● Deal and execute securities, bonds, structured product trades according to fund manager’s instructions for a fund managed by the same company (different department)
● Perform review, certification, and due diligence assistance for professional investors
● Monitor client portfolios in accordance with investment guidelines and restrictions
● Review and advise internally on market risks
● Liaise with prime brokers to open accounts, get credit lines and other trade-related arrangements
● Develop and improve the firm’s infrastructure and risk framework related to other type one regulated activities

✔️Company Requirements (公司要求):
● Current holder of SFC Type 1 RO license for not less than 5 years or qualified candidate who is able to obtain Type 1 RO license
● 5+ years of experience in the asset/wealth management industry and at least two years in supervisory capacity
● Dealing experience preferably in Asia, global markets, comfortable with long and short execution
● Knowledge of Bloomberg and basic computer skills are preferred
● Bachelor degree (or above) in Finance, Economics, Business or other related disciplines
● Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
● Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
● Immediately available is highly preferred
● OTC securities dealing or IFA experience is a plus

💰Company Package (公司待遇):
